Who we are

plainsimpleAI is a UK-based business run by a small UK-based team. We provide online AI courses, short guides, and educational content to help everyday people and small business owners get to grips with AI. By using our website or buying any of our products, you're agreeing to these terms.

What we offer

We sell online courses, downloadable guides, and monthly subscriptions. All of our content is designed for personal use and small business use only - it's not licensed for resale, redistribution, or use in commercial training programmes without our written permission.

Buying a course or guide

Purchases and course access are delivered through Payhip, our course platform. When you buy a course or guide from us:

• - You'll receive an email from Payhip with your access link straight away.
• - You get access to that content for your own personal or small business use.
• - You may not share, copy, or resell the content.
• - Access is tied to your Payhip account - please don't share your login details.

Subscriptions

We offer three monthly subscription plans - Basic, Premium, and Business. Here's how they work:

• - Billing - subscriptions are billed monthly via Payhip. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, and then on the same date each month after that.
• - Cancellation - you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and then your subscription will end. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
• - Access after cancellation - once your subscription ends, you'll lose access to the subscription content. Any courses you've bought separately (not as part of a subscription) will still be available to you.

Refunds and your right to cancel

We want you to be happy with what you buy. Here's our refund policy:

• - 30-day money-back guarantee - if you're not happy with a course or guide for any reason within 30 days of purchase, just email us and we'll refund you in full, no awkward questions. This is on top of your statutory rights as a consumer.
• - Your statutory rights - under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you also have the right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days of buying it, as long as you haven't already started accessing the content. Our 30-day guarantee is broader than this and sits on top of it.
• - How to request a refund - just email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll sort it out promptly.
• - Subscriptions - if you cancel a subscription within 30 days of your first payment and haven't accessed any subscription content, you can request a full refund. After that, the standard cancellation terms above apply.

AI tools and third-party services

Our courses and guides teach you how to use AI tools made by other companies - like ChatGPT, Claude, and others. These tools are not made by us, and we have no control over them. They may change, become unavailable, update their pricing, or work differently over time. We'll do our best to keep our content up to date, but we can't guarantee that every tool we mention will always work exactly as described. We're not responsible for any changes made by third-party AI providers.

Our content

All of the courses, guides, and written content on plainsimpleAI belong to us. You're welcome to use what you learn, but please don't copy, reproduce, or republish our content without asking first.

Our liability

We put a lot of care into everything we make, but we can't guarantee that our courses will lead to any particular outcome for you or your business. We're not liable for any loss or damage that results from using our content or the AI tools we recommend. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we'll let you know by email. The date at the top of this page will always show when they were last updated. Continuing to use plainsimpleAI after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
